Even though I’m pretty much hating Autumn Calabrese right now, because I’m so darn sore, and I feel like jello 😂😂😂, I KNOW I’ll be loving her come April when I’ve reached the goals I’ve set for myself!
I just want to encourage you to stop and think about where you want to be in a year. Pretend you’re 20/30 years older… Looking back, would you have wished you started today? That’s what got me moving three years ago. That’s what kept me moving for the first three months.
