I’m BLOWN away!!! So ready to begin the transformation. Let me tell you a bit about why I’m so excited real quick.
I grew up homeschooled in a family where we really didn’t have any extra money. We lived in a double wide trailer house, and all my clothes were pretty much hand-me-downs.
I never really FELT confident in what I was wearing. As time went by, I would try to be fashionable, and go buy what I thought was in style, but really struggled with finding things that looked good on me, and often stuck to the clearance racks, buying stuff that I really didn’t love. So in the end, I would end up buying things that I wouldn’t really wear.
I’ve often felt out of place when going out with friends or to events. I’d ask friends to help me figure out what to wear and to borrow clothes, because I just didn’t have anything that I, again, felt confident in.
I can’t tell you how excited I am to be learning all about style with my friend, Kathy Friend.
I just got this package in the mail, and I’m blown away! I’m going to be learning what clothes look best for my shape. She sent me swatches and now I know what colors to wear and what colors not to wear. There are clothing guidelines and shopping guidelines.
I really honestly am just blown away by the generosity with which she has just thrown her arms around me and is helping me out here!!!
Can’t wait to share with you some of the new outfits I put together and things that I learn along the way.
